The days of early autumn are always those weird and wonderful days where the sun is trying to play hide and seek with the leaves. Each one glows a pretty red when the sun touches it. It is also a time of self reflection for a lot of us. One of my favourite things to do this time of the year is walk in the woods nearby and just think. Sometimes utter nonsense, but a lot of the time I spend the time evaluating my current situations in life. The peace the woods afford are there to put me in a mindful place that allows for rational and constructive thoughts.
