Hello lovely souls. I do hope your weeks have started of well. Often we forget in the craziness of the day to stop and do something that brings us pure joy. There are many benefits of being more joyful, such as a healthier lifestyle, stress and tiredness relief, and a boost to the immune system. Feelings of joy can trigger the brain to release dopamine (feel good neurotransmitters) and that can raise your mood. Take a moment each day to give yourself a little boost. It is that feeling of joy that in turn creates energy and generosity, making you want to pass on that feeling to someone else. Be grateful for those moments in your day that bring you joy, such as savouring the taste of your first cup of coffee or the smell in the air during your morning run. Each moment relaxes the body and it can loosen the tensions that we acquire throughout the day.
