Self-esteem. It plays a big part in our lives. However, many of us lack it at times. We feel low about ourselves. It is important to remember that in our low times, we need to learn to be extra kind to ourselves. Take a moment and identify the negative beliefs you have of yourself. Write them down if you can. Look for evidence that contradict that belief. Start to acknowledge the contradiction more than the negative belief. It takes time and patience. Think about what your friends and family would say about you. Practice showing yourself compassion and learn to recognise the things that you are good at. You are worthy.
