"The pine stays green in winter... wisdom in hardship." — Norman Douglas
It it is the end of the week that has brought proper cold weather. We had even minus 3 here. It was fabulous! I love this type of weather. I hope you are all taking care in these scary and often uncertain times. Remember that you are allowed to feel sad, worried, concerned, and anxious. These feelings are a part of you. Don't bury them down too far that you burst out on someone who really does not deserve it. Allow yourself to sit with them for a bit and work through each slowly and compassionately. It is important to take time to listen to what our bodies are trying to tell us. For instance, stress may be telling you that your body needs to slow down. Feelings of joy can be telling us to savour the moment. Practice asking yourself what is this EMOTION trying to tell me? Each emotion is a part of us and should be acknowledged. Take care gorgeous souls and remember to wear your mask when out and about xoxo
