The year of great uncertainty has finally come to an end. As a new year dawns and the possibilities are open, I want to remind you to not take any moment for granted. This past year has been very hard for many souls, but it is important to remember the lessons we have learnt this year and the years gone by. Even though this year has probably been the craziest we have had in ages, I want to encourage you to name the things you are grateful for. I want to especially take a moment once more to thank the key workers. You have been the backbone of the nations. I wish for us all that we have a better and best possible start to 2021. Everyday we have is a gift. The hard ones are a gift as well as those magical perfect days. Find the lessons from each day so that you can learn and grow.
Happy New Year gorgeous souls and be wonderfully blessed. Don't spend time wishing away the year, but remember that time is precious. Make each moment count. Here is to a better year of self compassion and love xoxo
