Not going to lie, but this week has been hard on me. I just wish everything would go back to normal, but I know that is not going to happen. I am trying to stay active and mentally keeping my anxiety at bay with mindfulness and lots of self care. I might have added chocolate to the mix too. I was just thinking that some relationships have lasted a less amount of time then the amount of time I have spent in lock down. I know there is an easing happening in a few more sectors now, but it is still a weird new normal. I pray and hope that we can all learn to cope with this new normal.
