Hello lovely souls. No matter the type of baggage you are carrying, it is important to acknowledge the load you are carrying and begin to work through it. Emotional baggage often occurs when we want to change an outcome of a situation that we have no control of. Taking small steps of empathising with yourself, but also practising letting go and accepting is important for your mental and physical health. Letting go of the baggage you do not need to carry can free you up to do things that will bring your growth, happiness, and peace.
Let go of your past, guilt, expectations, other's mistakes, and negativity and repeating 'what if' thoughts. Rather develop self compassion and gratitude. Leave room for learning from mistakes and practising acceptance. Letting go is hard and can take time, but it is possible. Don't give up. You are doing a great job.
