What a week it has been. It was very productive, but wow it was a little manic. I have to say my daily cup of coffee was more on a few of the days. Honestly, a good cup of coffee after work has been a little joy in my day. There are a lot changes happening this month and I am excited, but nervous. Change is inevitable. Our immediate response to change is to put up a wall to protect ourselves. Because change is inevitable, we need to be flexible with it and embrace it so that we do not fear the change. Although we cannot control the world around us, we can control our attitudes and actions. Take control of what you can control, and learn to let go of the things that you cannot control. It is one of the biggest lessons this past year has taught me. Now, I am off for another cup of coffee (decaf this time). Have a good weekend everyone and stay safe out there xoxo
